The months that followed were not easy. Between appointments, treatments, and the emotional weight of simply getting through each day, there were moments of real fear and exhaustion. But woven through that difficulty were also flashes of unexpected grace — quiet reminders of how much strength can surface when you're surrounded by the right people. My family, my friends, and an extraordinary medical team carried me through in ways I'm still grateful for every day.
How Pink Became Personal
Somewhere in the middle of treatment, the color pink stopped being just a ribbon I recognized from awareness campaigns.
