Is the price shown in the builder final?
The builder shows pricing as you choose each detail. [CONFIRM: whether the final quote can change after Joclynn’s review or stone availability.
Can I use my own stone?
Yes. If you have a diamond or gemstone you'd like to reuse, we can design the ring around it. We'll inspect the stone first to check its size, cut, and condition, and confirm it's suitable for the setting you've chosen. Once it's confirmed, we'll take care of the rest. We recommend insuring your stone while it's in transit to us.
How long does it take to make my ring?
Most rings take about 4 to 6 weeks from design approval to completion. The exact time depends on how complex the design is and whether we're sourcing a stone. Highly detailed or fully custom pieces can take a little longer. We'll give you a clear timeline when you approve your design and keep you updated at each stage.
What happens after I submit a design?
Our team reviews your design within 1 to 2 business days and gets in touch with any questions. We then send you a quote and a 3D render or sketch to approve. You can ask for revisions until you're happy with it. After you approve and pay a deposit, we begin crafting, and we'll send progress updates and a final preview before the ring ships to you.
