Shipping Policy
Domestic shipping is complimentary on all orders. We ship via insured FedEx or UPS overnight. You'll receive tracking once your piece ships. Custom pieces ship after the agreed-upon production timeline (typically 4–6 weeks from approved design).
International shipping is available on request. International orders ship via insured FedEx International. The buyer is responsible for duties and taxes.
Signature is required for delivery on all orders over $1,000.
Return & Refund Policy
Ready-to-wear pieces (Studio Collection): Returnable within 30 days of receipt for full refund, provided the piece is unworn and in original packaging.
Custom pieces: Custom designs are non-returnable since they're made to your specifications. However, we offer unlimited revisions during the sketch and CAD phases (before casting). If you're unhappy with a finished custom piece, we'll work with you to make it right at no additional cost.
Heirloom redesigns: Returnable to original form only if the original piece has not yet been melted or altered. Once work has begun, the redesign becomes non-returnable.
Gift cards: Non-returnable but never expire and can be transferred.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order and stay in touch about your piece. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Marketing emails require your explicit opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time.

- All custom design quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided.
- 50% deposit is required to begin production on custom pieces.

- We retain copyright on original designs created by our designers.
- Photos of finished pieces may be used for our portfolio and marketing unless you specifically request otherwise.
- Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Warranty & Care
Every piece we make comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Free cleaning, polishing, and re-tipping for the life of the piece. The first resize within twelve months of purchase is free; subsequent resizes are charged at material cost only.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear over many years. We'll always assess repairs honestly and fairly.
Insurance
We strongly recommend insuring your engagement ring and other valuable pieces. We partner with Jewelers Mutual for dedicated jewelry insurance, and we provide a written appraisal with every piece that you can use with any insurer.
