What we offer.
Whether your piece came from our studio or somewhere else entirely, we treat it like our own. Most services can be completed in our studio, often the same day.
REPAIRS & RESIZING
BENT PRONGS, WORN
BANDS, SIZES THAT NO
LONGER FIT.
Rings change shape over the years. Hands change too. We resize, retip, rebuild prongs, replace stones, and restore pieces that have been damaged or aged out of their original form. Most repairs take three to five days. Rush options available.
For pieces made by Old Main, the first resize within twelve months is free. Subsequent resizes are charged at material cost only.
CLEANING & CARE

Every piece we make includes lifetime free cleaning, polishing, and re-tipping. For pieces from other jewelers, we offer the same service at a flat rate. We recommend a professional cleaning every six months for engagement rings and once a year for other pieces.
While you wait or drop off and pick up later. Both work.
Appraisals & Insurance
Documented value, for the pieces you can't lose.
We provide written appraisals for insurance, estate planning, divorce settlements, and resale. Every appraisal includes a full description, current replacement value, and photographs. Independent and impartial.
We also partner with Jewelers Mutual for dedicated jewelry insurance if you'd like coverage in one place.
Engraving
A date. A name. A
coordinate. A vow.
Hand engraving and machine engraving available for rings, pendants, lockets, and bands. Choose from our typefaces or send us your own handwriting and we'll match it.
Most engravings completed in a week. Bring the piece, or send it to us by mail with our prepaid shipping label.

We service pieces from any jeweler, even ones we didn't make. We'll be honest about what's possible and what isn't.

Not in Utah? We provide prepaid, insured shipping labels for service work. Most pieces back to you within two weeks.
A few common questions.
How much does a custom engagement ring cost?
Most of our custom engagement rings fall between $3,500 and $15,000, with some higher and some lower depending on stone choice and setting complexity. You'll have a transparent quote before any work begins.
How long does it take?
Most custom rings take 4 to 6 weeks from final design approval to delivery. Heirloom redesigns and complex settings may take a little longer. We'll give you a clear timeline at your consultation.
Can I see the ring before it's finished?
Yes. You'll see your design in CAD, approve the render, and often see the piece in progress before the final setting. We want you confident at every step.
What if I don't know exactly what I want?
That's what the Design Bar is for. We'll walk you through stone shapes, settings, and metals until something feels right. Most clients arrive with a mood, not a blueprint.
