How long does it take?
Most custom designs take between 3–6 weeks from consultation to delivery, depending on the complexity of the piece. If you're working with a specific date in mind (like a proposal or event), just let us know — we'll do everything we can to make it happen.
Can I see the ring before it's finished?
Definitely. You'll receive a sketch, mockup, or 3D rendering to review and approve before production begins. We want you to feel confident in every detail.
What if I don't know exactly what I want?
That's what the Design Bar is for. We'll walk you through stone shapes, settings, and metals until something feels right. Most clients arrive with a mood, not a blueprint.
